The issuing authority considers withdrawal of the infringement. MPES manages payment conditions and enforcement. Use the issuer details printed on your notice.
Choose before paying.
MPES says you cannot elect a court hearing after paying any part of the penalty or applying for a variation of payment conditions.
Do not ignore an order.
MPES can impose enforcement sanctions, including licence or registration suspension. An instalment plan does not automatically remove a suspension; obtain written confirmation.
